What are Huckleberries?
A:
Huckleberries resemble a Blueberry, but only grow wild in specific parts of the country like the Rocky Mountains. The Huckleberry has a bold, unique, and delicious taste.
- Q:
Why don’t I see Huckleberries throughout the US?
A: Huckleberries have never truly been domesticated and only grow wild in limited geographical areas. In addition, they are hand picked, but only if you can get them before the bears do. Thus the supply is limited.

What's the package size of your fudge?
A:
All of our fudge is available in 1/2 lb. boxes (an 8 oz box).
- Q:
What’s the secret to your creamy and smooth fudge?
A:
The secret is simple - fresh, real ingredients combined with our hand made techniques and a passion for excellence. Many fudge shops use a boxed fudge mix so there are no fresh ingredients and probably no passion. Our fudge is “made from scratch” with plenty of dairy fresh butter and whipping cream.

What’s the shelf life of Moose Drop Fudge?
A:
In the original package our fudge will remain creamy and flavorful for several weeks. You can refrigerate or freeze to extend shelf life to several months, but most people are reordering before then!

Do the Elk and Buffalo Sausage really have Elk and Buffalo meat?
A:
Absolutely! We wouldn't call it "elk" or "buffalo" if it really wasn't! Our Elk and Buffalo are ranch raised meats, made in small batches with natural spices combined for a truly unique and “Old West” flavor. Elk and Buffalo are naturally lean meats.

What’s the shelf life of the Elk Sausage and Buffalo Salami?
A:
These meat products do not need refrigeration if consumed when purchased. To retain their best flavor we recommend refrigeration up to six months, or frozen up to a year.

What are the candies in the Huckleberry Deluxe Sampler?
A:
The Huckleberry Deluxe Sampler contains a variety of hand dipped Huckleberry delights. Huckleberry truffles in white chocolate, Huckleberry creams, cordials and fudge buds in milk & mellow chocolate. You’ve never tasted anything so delicious.

What are Huckleberry Chocolates?
A:
Huckleberry Chocolates have a delicious Huckleberry cream filling surrounded by delightful milk chocolate. They come packaged in an attractive gold foil box.

Where do you ship?
A:
We ship anywhere. Please remember that hand dipped chocolates are not available during summer months (May - August) unless special ordered.

A:
Moose Drop Fudge is located at the Mountain Village inside the Huntley Lodge at the base of Lone Mountain.
